Notice of arrival time is very necessary.
50% Deposit is needed to reserve your condo. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Acceptable Payments: Checks (Personal, Cashier's and Travelers), Wire Transfers, US Dollar and Cayman Island Currencies. Applicable Charges: 16% Service Fee & $75.00 US Cleaning Charge upon departue.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Rates quoted in US Dollars are per night.
Cancellation Policy: 12/20 to 4/15: Full refund, if canceled 90 days prior to arrival, less 10% handling fee. 4/16 to 12/19: Full refund, if canceled 60 days prior to arrival, less 10% handling fee. In the event that a reservation is made last minute or within the 90/60 day period prior to arrival (depending on season), the deposit is not refundable.
