CocoPlum #8 is rented Long-Term Only.

Cocoplum is set apart from other condos because its villas are picturesque on the outside and each consists of its own personality within. People with differing tastes and styles may find a Cocoplum condo that is unique, reflects their own style and where their personal space may be respected.

Cocoplum #10 is the unit next door on the second floor owned by Richard Wallin's brother, Peter and Sandy and their family. Originally these two units were owned by Paul Wallin whose dream was to have a place where his children and grandchildren, who lived in various locations, could gather. He created a central, Wallin home. In order to ensure his family could visit and vacation truly together, he connected the units by bridging the two porches together. The bridge is an extra convenience that allows people vacationing together to walk over to the other unit without having to walk up and down the stairs to the front doors. Although Cocoplum #8 and #10 can be used for large families or groups, they are two full and individual units that become private when the gate is closed.

This second floor unit may be rented as a 1 or 2 bedroom/2 bath condo which includes a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove, blender and iron.
